Citizenship for the child right away, residency for the parents to follow
A child born in Brazil receives citizenship immediately and unconditionally — the parents’ status is irrelevant. The parents under it obtain residency, and after one year of residence they proceed for naturalisation. The five tiers differ in how much we charge on your own: from a self-guided video course to full supporting the family with housing, schooling, and a driving licence.
Who it suits. For families seeking citizenship for a child and a second passport themselves. For those who need a Russian-speaking person by their side — at appointments and in childbirth. And for those who calculate the full budget, not just the headline figure package: delivery and the ward are always itemised separately.
What is included

- ⚠️ The main risk in this direction is not money — it’s time. Four to eight weeks before delivery, plus around three weeks for the birth certificate — this is already 7–11 weeks out of the 13 available. There’s a two-week buffer, and any delay cartório takes all of it. If you missed the deadline — that is an overstay, and from there Federal Police resolves the matter on a case-by-case basis.
- ⚠️ Brazil has a free public healthcare system (SUS), and childbirth are available to foreigners as well. We say this plainly: our packages cover private clinics, your choice of doctor and room, and a translator and support. If budget is everything, the SUS option exists.
- Government fees are paid directly to the authority and are not included in the price: processing of a residency application 168.13 reais, resident card CRNM 204.77 reais — together around $65. A CPF at Receita Federal is free.
- Organisation, documents, and a doula — Rio de Janeiro, Recife, and Florianópolis. Medical management with a midwife and wellness — Florianópolis only: this is a second provider with their own clinic and their own team. São Paulo is a different territory — we handle it separately.
- The provider is our partner in Brazil: a Brazilian legal entity with branches in Rio de Janeiro, Recife, and Florianópolis; real estate licenses in two states. His price is published as-is: we add nothing on top we do not add. Client management, document review, and communication with the contractor — that is on us.
What the package does not include

- ⚠️ The birth itself and the hospital room are not included in the birth-support package price: in a public r maternity ward under SUS, delivery is free for foreigners; at a private clinic are calculated at its listed rates. - ⚠️ Doula support is not the birth itself. A doula guides you through the lead-up to labour, in labour and for a month after: interpreting, holding the birth plan, managing pain without medication. Medical care is provided by the maternity hospital, and it aid separately
- ⚠️ Government fees for residency at the Basic tier and the sworn translation of the document package is at your expense: they are included t only in the All-inclusive tier
- Childbirth is included in the price only at the ’Turnkey Birth with Midwife’ tiers and ’Medical Care and Recovery, All-Inclusive’ — at the others ive payments go directly to the maternity hospital

In Brazil we have two specialists, and the steps follow two separate paths. Organisation, documents: appointment, SUS, clinic, status, doula — in three cities. Medical care: a dedicated obstetrician, appointments with ultrasound, delivery and recovery — in Florianópolis. Which to choose depends on whether you need a doctor included in the package or just the coordination around it.
⚠️ The cartório will advise on timelines for issuing a birth certificate and passport and Federal Police, not us. We are responsible for ensuring the documents are submitted on the earliest possible date, not on the agency’s schedule.

⚠️ The tax implications of living there are best discussed with a local accountant. We don’t quote specific rates: in Brazil, starting in 2026, a phased a new tax system is being introduced, and any figure will be outdated before year end.

For those going through the process alone or giving birth in a city without a local branch. For clients on the Basic and All-Inclusive tiers, the club comes free.
Licensed Russian-speaking doula: two prenatal consultations, birth plan, search for a doctor and clinic, booking tests and ultrasounds; in labour — transfers, breathing and positioning, pain relief without medications, massage, rebozo, translation and advocacy for the birth plan; month after — online support, postnatal consultation, first paediatrician visit and a home call.
This is the doula’s role, not the birth itself: in a public maternity hospital under SUS delivery itself is free for foreigners.

Medical journey, Florianópolis: midwife reachable via messenger and telemedicine, three prenatal appointments with screening and ultrasound, two postnatal appointments, two drainage sessions and taping, a doula, stem cell bank consultation. Childbirth is not included at this tier — a doctor manages the pregnancy and prepares for them. The room is calculated separately.

The full relocation package: finding and renting accommodation with a contract and utility connections, five interpretation appointments and unlimited online interpreting, personalised birth plan in Portuguese, school search, rental or car purchase, family health insurance for up to four people, Brazilian driving licence for ten years, citizenship application for the eldest children.
The only tier where the government fee for residency and a sworn translation of a document set for a family of up to four people is already included. Delivery and ward are calculated separately; a doula can be added for $1,000.

Medical journey, Florianópolis: births are attended by a midwife who managed the pregnancy — they’re already included in the price. Plus two paediatric visits o the child, three midwife visits for breastfeeding support, four massages, pelvic physiotherapy, a nutritionist, and assistance with a nanny.
The only tiers where the cost of childbirth is included in the price are this one and the next. A maternity ward room is priced separately: $2,400 for a shared room, $3,150 for a separate unit.

The top of the medical journey: VIP room, pediatrician home visits, physiotherapy seven sessions, psychologist, yoga or Pilates, eight lessons in Portuguese, photography and video, stroller rental and cribs for two months, a CNH driving licence, insurance, and concierge service. Government fees and certified translations are included.
Childbirth is included in the price. Government fees and translations too — at this tier and the ’All-Inclusive’ of the organisational journey.

Prices are in US dollars: the Brazilian real fluctuates, and the entire expat maternity market quotes in dollars. Government fees are paid separately and directly to the authority: residence application processing 168.13 BRL and CRNM resident card 204.77 BRL — together approximately $65. CPF registration at Receita Federal is free. The maternity ward fee (shared room $2,400, private room $3,150) is billed separately everywhere except the ’Turnkey Birth’ and ’All-Inclusive’ tiers. Russian citizens do not need a visa: 90 days visa-free within each 180-day period. SVOY initial consultation — 100 $, credited in the cost of support. For Brazil, its main task — calendar: we count backwards from the expected due date and we tell you which week to fly and which day to apply documents to stay within the 90-day visa-free period.
