Packages in Serbia
A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in EUR and all-inclusive. Government fees here are modest, around 230 € per status: we don’t hide them into it, and we add no mark-up — they are listed as separate figures and paid directly authority.
A business-based residence permit costs €850 to set up. After that, he basis must be maintained: a flat-rate tax of ~€116 per month, an accountant ~100 €, registered address ~50 €. Over three years until permanent residency eligibility, that is ~9,600 € — four times the cost of the paperwork itself. We consider this the estimate before payment, because it is what determines whether you will make it to passport: a dissolved sole proprietorship resets continuity, and the three years start over from scratch. We give you the exact lump-sum fee at the consultation — it depends on the activity code and region.

Obtaining Serbian passport
Three years of legal residence — and you can apply for citizenship
Serbia is an EU candidate country, and the path to its passport is measured not in money, and in terms of timeline: three years of continuous residence permit entitle you to permanent residence, naturalization follows. The trap is not in the application, but in continuity: a lapsed sole proprietorship, an overdue renewal or a change of basis with a gap between dates resets the counter, and the three years start over.
- We map out the strategy: which basis will carry you through to permanent residence in your specific case
- We obtain and maintain the basis for a residence permit throughout the entire period
- We track the continuity counter: monitoring renewal dates for all three years, not just until the card is issued
- We prepare and submit the permanent residence application upon completion of three years

Renewing status
Years two and three are exactly when people usually lose track of the clock
In Serbia, renewal is not a window-display afterthought — it is the core product: it is what people actually buy a second and third time, and it’s what ultimately leads to permanent residence. You must apply before the expiry of current status: an overstay here is not a fine, but a reset of three years.
- We check whether the current basis will last until renewal
- We prepare and submit the full set of documents
- We align your dates so no gap appears in your continuity of residence
- We change your basis when the current one no longer holds up

How Serbia differs from the eight countries where we already work
- A passport here is earned through time, not money. Three years of continuous residence permit entitle you to permanent residence, after which naturalization. Serbia is an EU candidate country, and this is the only argument of our product line that works for the future, not just for today. A separate route via an investment of €250,000 or more also exists, but it for another conversation.
- A residence permit looks cheap — until it costs you dearly. €850 upfront — and ~€266 every month for the next three years, if he basis is a sole proprietorship: flat-rate tax, accountant, registered address. Over three years that comes to ~€9,600 — four times the cost of proper registration. About this figure silent about it, and the person who didn’t do the math ends up closing their sole proprietorship for the second year and loses continuity along with the three years.
- A diploma matters more than money. A higher education degree opens up the ’Talent’ route: the term 2–4 months with no sole-trader maintenance required. Without a degree, a sole-trader setup remains — same registration, but with a monthly fee. So the first question is we ask — about the degree, not the budget.
- The white card and the rental agreement are not included in the package are not included. These you complete yourself once you have found accommodation — no one else can do them on your behalf. The white card itself is free — it’s issued by the hotel at check-in, further — the property owner. Schemes where a residence permit is obtained without eal residence, we don’t sell them and we explain how they tend to end.
- The requirement for the property is not its price, but its legal status. For eligibility, the property must be listed in the register and suitable for habitation. 50,000 € is a market benchmark, not a legal threshold, and the difference between these two things costs money exactly once.
- There is no citizenship by birth in Serbia. A child born in Belgrade to foreign parents does not become a Serbian citizen. He receives status through family reunification with a resident parent — this is the Family package, and we offer no other path.
- Renewal here is not a formality — it is economics. The three years toward permanent residence count only on the basis of uninterrupted status: an expired a renewal or change of basis with a gap between dates resets the counter. That is why the ’Renewing My Status’ package is purchased a second and third time, and that is precisely it takes a person all the way to a passport.
