Packages in Brazil
A child born in Brazil receives citizenship right away and unconditionally — the parents’ status is irrelevant. The parents under it obtain residency with no income requirements whatsoever, and after one year residence leads to a passport. No visa is required to enter: 90 visa-free days. But it is precisely those 90 days that make up the entire schedule, and it needs to be calculated before buying tickets.
The main risk here is not money — it is timing. Arrival is recommended at 32–34 weeks; after 36 weeks, airlines no longer allowed in. A birth certificate takes about three weeks, and only with it can the residency application be submitted. Four to eight weeks before delivery, plus three weeks for the birth certificate — this is 7–11 weeks out of 13 available. The buffer is about two weeks, and any delay consumes it entirely. That is why the first service here it costs 150 $ and is called a ’departure date calculation’: it is cheaper ticket and saves from overstaying in the country where they were just born your citizen.

I’m planning to give birth in Brazil
Calculate the timeline first, then book the tickets
Brazil is the only country in our lineup that requires no visa: 90 days without one. This makes it seem like there’s nothing to prepare for, and this is exactly where plans fall apart. These 90 days must accommodate arrival, birth, three weeks waiting for the birth certificate and submission for residency. We calculate this schedule before how the tickets were purchased.
- ⚠️ The main risk in this direction is not money — it’s time. Four to eight weeks before delivery, plus around three weeks for the birth certificate — this is already 7–11 weeks out of the 13 available. There’s a two-week buffer, and any delay cartório takes all of it. If you missed the deadline — that is an overstay, and from there Federal Police resolves the matter on a case-by-case basis.
- We calculate your due date and tell you when to fly so you arrive in time to give birth, and submit documents within the visa-free period
- We draw up a day-by-day schedule: arrival, registering with a doctor, delivery, certificate, filing with Federal Police
- We check which documents you need to bring with you and which of them requires a sworn translation already in Brazil

How Brazil differs from the nineteen countries where we already work
- There’s no visa — and that’s not entirely good news. Brazil grants Russian citizens 90 days within every 180-day period. People think they don’t need to prepare for the consulate — and that’s exactly why they underestimate the preparation: all of this must fit within those 90 days arrival, birth, waiting for the birth certificate and filing for residency. If you missed the window — that’s an overstay, and from there the matter is resolved by the Federal Police on a case-by-case basis.
- The passport is granted after a year of residence, not through investment. In Turkey a second passport is purchased; in the UAE a golden visa is granted for real estate; in the Caribbean, citizenship costs a contribution of a quarter of a million. Here, naturalization is reduced to one year residence — if the child was born in Brazil. Additional documents are also required Portuguese language and a clean record, but not money. This is the fastest route to a second passport in our entire lineup.
- The residency has no income threshold. No payslips, no minimum account balance, nor investments. There is a child born in Brazil — there is he basis. The government fee for this is around $65: 168.13 reais for application processing and 204.77 for the resident card.
- Childbirth is included in the price starting from the ’Turnkey Birth’ tier. This matters when comparing: at most agencies, the package price does not cover the birth itself, and two or three more thousands of dollars. With us, from the fourth tier, births come with a midwife already inside — only the maternity ward room is counted separately, $2,400 shared and $3,150 private. Compare the total the actual figure, not the headline.
- Free healthcare exists in Brazil, and we cover it. The public healthcare system (SUS) covers childbirth, including for foreigners. Our packages are about private clinics and choice of doctor and wards, an interpreter at all appointments, and family support. If budget is the deciding factor, the SUS option exists, and there’s no reason to hide it we will not.
- Only Brazilian translations are accepted. Documents must be translated by a sworn translator, registered in Brazil — tradutor juramentado. A translation prepared and certified at home will not be accepted here. The person finds this out usually finds out only on arrival, and that costs a week.
- Half of the service lines aren’t live yet, and we’re not hiding that. Our partner in Florianópolis handles births, paperwork, and housing and an interpreter. For company registration, real estate transactions, local schools and handling overdue deadlines from service providers — we don’t have that yet — these packages won’t appear in the listings until we find one for you and we will not verify it. We will not promise someone else’s work.
