Packages in Armenia
A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in USD and all-inclusive. Government fees are paid directly and listed as separate figures.
In 2026, Armenia stopped issuing five-year residence permits to entrepreneurs for residence: an annual permit remains, and it must be renewed every year, confirming that the business is active. Three years to citizenship — that’s three consecutive renewals. And from 1 November 2026, the company owner will need share capital from 2,000,000 AMD — about $5,200. Both figures we name before payment: for those going through the company, after this date the entry cost rises by exactly that amount.

Obtaining Armenian passport
Three years — and a passport. Your current one stays with you
Armenia permits dual citizenship: an Armenian passport is obtained while without giving up your current one. And the timeline here is the shortest in our entire networks — three years of residence permit. The fee for a short term is one: you will need to renew every year and prove each time that the business is active.
- We work out the strategy: sole proprietorship or LLC — which is cheaper to run for three years
- We obtain and maintain the basis throughout the entire period
- Three annual renewals with proof of business activity
- We prepare and submit the permanent residence permit application
- and also 3

Renewing status

In Armenia, renewal is annual, and the three years to citizenship mean three consecutive renewals. This is precisely where people most often lose their timeline: the business went a year with no turnover and there is nothing to demonstrate.
- We check whether the current basis will last until renewal
- We prepare evidence of business activity
- We file and provide support
- We align your dates so there is no break in continuity

How Armenia differs from the ten countries where we already work
- The fastest route to a passport in the entire network — three years. And dual citizenship is permitted: an Armenian passport is obtained without giving up your current one. Unlike Serbia, where three years is only the to permanent residence, nor Montenegro with its ten years and requirement to renounce citizenship such things are not given.
- Fee applies to short-term status — annual renewal. In 2026, the five-year residence permit for entrepreneurs stopped being issued. Only the annual one remains, and it must be renewed every year, confirming that the business is active. Three years to citizenship — that’s three consecutive renewals, and they usually miss the deadline on the second one.
- From 1 November 2026, companies will need registered share capital 2,000,000 AMD. Around $5,200. For those going through an LLC, after this date the entry cost rises by exactly that amount. In market materials, this threshold while they stay silent — we name it before payment.
- You cannot apply immediately after registration. Two to three months of genuine business activity are required — otherwise expect a rejection. We plan this and prepare the supporting documents in advance, rather than submitting ’the day after registration.’
- The difference between a sole proprietorship and a company isn’t in the registration, and in the content. Registering either one costs the same and is done remotely in 7–8 days. After that, a sole proprietorship costs around $600 a year, company — at $1,600. Over three years that is $1,800 versus $4,800.
- Buying property does not confer any status. Neither a residence permit nor permanent residence. Foreigners may purchase property, and we accompany the transaction — but residency through property in Armenia does not exist, and selling it together with the property we will not.
- A 0 % tax rate exists, but it is not for everyone. The micro-business regime offers a zero rate if you stay within the limits and permitted types of activity. Beyond that — a turnover tax of 1–5% or the standard 18% system. Which regime applies to you — we will work that out in a consultation.
