A Brazilian-born child provides grounds for residency not only r parents. Older children who arrived together are processed under the same matter, and after one year of residence the entire family is eligible for naturalization. This package is designed for a family relocating together, not arrive as a couple for the birth.
Who it suits. For families with older children. For those who are not coming just to give birth and go back, and to live: with housing, a car, school, and Portuguese. And for those who full day-to-day support, not just the medical side.
What is included
- Everything in the document package: CPF, birth certificate, passport for the child, residency for parents
- Airport pickup, SIM card, transfer, and a starter supply of food and water
- Finding and renting accommodation: contract, internet, electricity, and settling in
- Car rental or purchase and a Brazilian driving licence valid for ten years
- Translator for medical appointments and at the maternity hospital, online interpreting without restrictions
- School search for children and private health insurance for a family of up to four
- Obtaining status for older children at the same time
- ⚠️ The main risk in this direction is not money — it’s time. Four to eight weeks before delivery, plus around three weeks for the birth certificate — this is already 7–11 weeks out of the 13 available. There’s a two-week buffer, and any delay cartório takes all of it. If you missed the deadline — that is an overstay, and from there Federal Police resolves the matter on a case-by-case basis.
- Government fees are paid directly to the authority and are not included in the price: processing of a residency application 168.13 reais, resident card CRNM 204.77 reais — together around $65. A CPF at Receita Federal is free.
- Organisation, documents, and a doula — Rio de Janeiro, Recife, and Florianópolis. Medical management with a midwife and wellness — Florianópolis only: this is a second provider with their own clinic and their own team. São Paulo is a different territory — we handle it separately.
- The provider is our partner in Brazil: a Brazilian legal entity with branches in Rio de Janeiro, Recife, and Florianópolis; real estate licenses in two states. His price is published as-is: we add nothing on top we do not add. Client management, document review, and communication with the contractor — that is on us.
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Housing rental: the rent itself, deposit, condo fees, and utilities — around $1,000 per month for a two-bedroom
- Childbirth and medical care: provided by the maternity hospital, billed separately
- ⚠️ The birth itself and the hospital room are not included in the birth-support package price: in a public r maternity ward under SUS, delivery is free for foreigners; at a private clinic are calculated at its listed rates. A private ward reference price — $2,400 shared room $2,150 and private room with en-suite $3,150; exact figures for your city is confirmed at the consultation
- ⚠️ Doula support is not the birth itself. A doula guides you through the lead-up to labour, in labour and for a month after: interpreting, holding the birth plan, managing pain without medication. Medical care is provided by the maternity hospital, and it aid separately
- Tickets and insurance
- Guaranteed approval: the decision rests with the Federal Police
⚠️ ’Passport after one year’ means one year of RESIDENCY in the country, not the duration registration. Plus the Portuguese language and a clean background. The shortened the timeline is shortened specifically by a Brazilian-born child: without one, naturalisation takes longer.
⚠️ The cartório will advise on timelines for issuing a birth certificate and passport and Federal Police, not us. We are responsible for ensuring the documents are submitted on the earliest possible date, not on the agency’s schedule.
Documents for the whole family plus everything for daily life: finding and renting a home with a contract, internet, and electricity, rental or purchase car, finding a school for children, private health insurance for the family up to four people, Brazilian driving licence valid for ten years, translation five appointments and unlimited online interpretation, submission for citizenship for older children.
The only tier where the government fee for residency and a sworn translation of a document set for a family of up to four people is already included. Delivery and ward are calculated separately; a doula can be added for $1,000.
Prices are in US dollars: the Brazilian real fluctuates, and the entire expat maternity market quotes in dollars. Government fees are paid separately and directly to the authority: residence application processing 168.13 BRL and CRNM resident card 204.77 BRL — together approximately $65. CPF registration at Receita Federal is free. The maternity ward fee (shared room $2,400, private room $3,150) is billed separately everywhere except the ’Turnkey Birth’ and ’All-Inclusive’ tiers. Russian citizens do not need a visa: 90 days visa-free within each 180-day period. SVOY initial consultation — 100 $, credited in the cost of support. For Brazil, its main task — calendar: we count backwards from the expected due date and we tell you which week to fly and which day to apply documents to stay within the 90-day visa-free period.
