Packages in Cyprus
A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in EUR. The total and what aid separately — you see this before your first message to us.
Permanent residence here has no expiry date — and it is revoked if you not been in the country for more than two consecutive years. Visitor status — if there has been no more than three months a year. We track these days for you throughout the entire period your status is valid, and not when the card is issued: once the application is in, there is nothing more for the market to say, and the condition remains valid.

Buying and obtaining EU permanent residence
Permanent status in an EU country — in two to three months, for the whole family at once
Category 6(2), fast-track: threshold 300,000 € in new-build property, decision in two to three months, applicant, spouse, and children in a single case. This is not a visa that gets renewed once a year — the status is issued indefinitely. That is precisely why what the market silent: it is cancelled if you have not been in Cyprus for more than two consecutive years.
- We check your eligibility: criminal record, entry ban to the EU and UK, annual income of at least 50 000 €
- We find a property meeting category 6(2) requirements — new build, from €300,000
- We manage the legal side of the transaction and conduct title due diligence
- We file for permanent residence for you, your spouse, and your children in a single application
- and also 2

Staying long-term
You live on your own funds and have no plans to work
The visitor residence permit — the most common status on the island — has two features that lead people to buy it for the wrong reasons. First: it does not grant the right to work — neither to a Cypriot company nor to yourself. Second: it is cancelled if you were not present in Cyprus for more than three months a year. If you plan to earn money here, we will say so before payment and name three alternative routes.
- We check your income against the requirement — before you pay the fee
- We prepare the document package
- We book and submit to the immigration department
- We register you with the foreigners registry
- and also 2

I’m self-employed
Earning legally while living in Cyprus
Working in Cyprus is possible in three ways, and a visitor residence permit is not among them. The digital nomad visa is for those who earn at least 3,500 € per month net from a client outside Cyprus. Your own company — for everyone else: 12.5% corporate tax, exemption from tax on on dividends for seventeen years.
- We identify which path is yours: the income threshold rules out most applicants, and it should be the first thing you check
- We prepare and submit the full set
- We obtain a tax number
- We track your absence days throughout the entire duration of your status

Moving as a whole family
One flat price for four — not multiplied by the number of people
A family on Cyprus is handled as one case, but the resident card, insurance, and driving licence issued to each person separately — and each has their own absence limit. We calculate iven separately and shown upfront — we highlight the key problem: the warranty deposit is blocked per person, and for a family of four that comes to 2,200 €, frozen for ten years.
- Visitor residence permit for four
- Residence cards for each person
- We find the right school
- We find family insurance
- and also 3

I’m planning to leave
Get everything together before departure — not hunting for a notary on arrival
Half of the delays in Cyprus aren’t at the immigration department — they’re in the documents, that needed to be apostilled back home. We draw up an apostille plan before departure, we work out which of the four paths is right for you and help choose a neighbourhood. We also tell you what no estate agent will: Larnaca is nearly doubled for the same number of rooms.
- We identify which of the four paths is yours — before you pay anything
- We plan out the apostille process: what to certify at home while you’re still there
- We compile the document set
- We book your immigration department appointment
- and also 2

First documents
Everything you need to get anything done on arrival
Residence card, tax number, social insurance, health card system and account. Plus driver’s licence exchange — in Cyprus r Russian licenses are exchanged, which is rare — in the UAE they are not exchanged at all, and the person faces driving school.
- We obtain a resident card
- We obtain a tax number
- We arrange social security registration
- We register you with the healthcare system
- and also 2

First week
A week on call while everything is still unfamiliar
The first week on the island is spent on questions that have no answer online: which bank actually opens an account for newcomers, where to get a SIM card without a local address, which clinic accepts patients without insurance. We simply stay in touch for a week.
- We meet you
- SIM card and connectivity
- Banking: where to go and what to bring
- First rental
- and also 2

The child is starting school
Search free of charge, you pay for our work
We find the right school for you at no charge — schools pay agencies themselves, and they pay us too. €190 — that is our work: gathering and verifying the full package, submitting the application and see it through to enrollment. Apostilles, sworn translations, and government fees are billed separately on top, and we quote their amounts right here so you calculated upfront, not discovered along the way. A student residence permit — second tier: as a standalone service it costs 390 €. A private primary school costs around €3,500 per year, secondary around €8,000, prestigious with board 20,000–25,000 €.
- We find the right school — free of charge
- We compile and verify the full set of admission documents
- We submit the application and handle correspondence with the school
- We manage the process through to enrolment

Buying my own place
Search free of charge, support charged as a percentage of the transaction
Property search costs the buyer nothing: on the Cypriot market, the commission is paid by the seller. The paid part covers the legal side: title and encumbrance check, transaction support and title registration. The market rate for this is one percentage of the amount.
- We find the property — €0 to the buyer
- We verify title and encumbrances
- We guide you through the transaction
- We register the property title

Renewing status
What causes renewals to fall through is not documents — it is days
Renewing visitor status seems like a formality — until it turns out that the person has spent more than three months outside Cyprus or that the account has no required balance. We check both conditions in advance, and count the days all year, not just at the moment of application.
- We verify the account balance: 6 000 € is required regardless of family size
- We check your absence limit and notify you in advance
- We prepare and submit the full set
- We manage the process through to a decision

Urgent
Refusal, overstay, exceeded absence limit
A migration department refusal comes without explanation, and an exceeded absence limit absence cancels the status without warning. Both issues are handled depending on the situation: first we look at what happened, then we name a price.
- We assess exactly what happened and what can still be done
- We calculate your deadlines: what is urgent and how much time is left
- We bring in a lawyer when the situation calls for it

Visa to Cyprus
Grounds selection and document package
Cyprus is in the European Union but not in Schengen — it has its own entry rules. We will look at your situation and tell you what option suits you best.
- Grounds selection based on your actual situation, not your preferred outcome
- Document checklist tailored to the specific consulate
- Package and proof-of-funds check before filing
- Finding an appointment slot and interview preparation

Prices are in euros and are all-inclusive — nothing is added on top. Government fees are paid separately and directly: they are modest here — €70–140 per status. Prices are listed by the country where the rate has been confirmed: in Cyprus composition, documents and rules of their own, and the cost is calculated separately.
Housing rental and purchase, documents, bank accounts and taxes, schooling, driving licence — 32 services in Cyprus, each has its own price.
SVOY initial consultation — 80 €, credited toward the cost support. The first short call is free: in Cyprus that’s how the whole market, and charging for that would seem odd.

How Cyprus differs from Spain, Mexico, Turkey, the UAE, and Georgia
- The first question here is not about money — it is about work. The visitor residence permit — the island’s most common status — does not grant right to work — neither for a Cypriot company nor as self-employed. People find this out after ayment. We ask upfront: if you plan to earn money here, you need a another route, and we will name it even if you end up buying the affordable status elsewhere.
- The status is open-ended — but not unconditional. Permanent residence here is issued for life, and it is revoked if you haven’t been in the country for more than two consecutive years. The visitor status has the same rule, t only stricter: three months a year. The market sells the arrangement and goes quiet, because after filing there is nothing left to offer.
- Permanent status does not turn into a passport on its own. Naturalization requires 2,920 days of physical presence over eleven years. An investor who visits twice a year will never accumulate them. The chain the market sells ’residence permit → EU passport’ as an automatic — this is the most costly misconception on the island, and we are counting your days until the deal.
- No one writes about frozen funds. For first-time applicants who are citizens of Russia, Ukraine, or Moldova, the bank blocks guarantee deposit — 550 € per person, for ten years. For a family out of four, that comes to €2,200. A modest sum, but an unpleasant surprise.
- Licenses here can be exchanged — unlike in the UAE. A Russian licence is exchangeable for a Cypriot one: fee of 40 €, everything including with translations around €200. In the UAE they are not exchanged at all, and the person faces driving school for a few thousand.
- We are the only ones on the island with open pricing. Of the two dozen Russian-speaking firms, only a handful publish their fees for status support two. The rest invite you to a free consultation and quote the price during the call. Our full pricing is on this page — including what’s not covered in the package.
