In brief

We collect only what is strictly necessary to respond to your request: such as hat to call you, where to write and what the task is. We do not sell this data and we do not share them with ad networks, data brokers, or third-party companies.

Who processes the data

The svoy.io website is part of the international SVOY ecosystem. For any questions about the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw consent or delete data, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

What you specify yourself — in the application form or in the form: name or salutation, contact (Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or mail), the selected service and city, answers to follow-up questions, your comment. Only contact details are required — without them we won’t be able to reply.

Automatically — IP address, device type and browser, the pages you opened, and the referral source: via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, in anonymized form.

We we do not request through the website passport details, document scans and payment details. If they are needed for a service, iven directly to the specialist via a secure channel, and this are flagged separately.

Why

• to handle correspondence on your matter;
• count website visits in anonymised form.

On what grounds

Your consent, given by submitting the form, and the performance of the contract — ovision of the service you are requesting. Consent can be withdrawn at any a moment by letter to [email protected].

Who we hand off to — required reading

Requests with your contact details go to our team in Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE) and are stored in the conversation. By submitting the form, you agree to this transfer.

Data may also be accessed by:

• a SVOY network specialist who will handle your case — within the scope required for work;
• Yandex (Metrica) and Google (Analytics) — anonymized visit statistics;
• Cloudflare — technical site delivery.

Some recipients are located outside the European Economic Area. The transfer takes place based on your consent.

How long we store

Application correspondence — for up to three years from the last contact. Anonymised statistics — indefinitely. If the service did not take place and you request deletion data, we delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

Request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing, withdraw consent, file a complaint with your country’s supervisory authority. Write to to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) and technical delivery cookies (Cloudflare). Analytics can be disabled browser settings.
