Buying my own place
Search free of charge, support charged as a percentage of the transaction
Property search costs the buyer nothing: on the Cypriot market, the commission is paid by the seller. The paid part covers the legal side: title and encumbrance check, transaction support and title registration. The market rate for this is one percentage of the amount.
Who it suits. For those buying property for personal use or for status.

Permanent residence here has no expiry date — and it is revoked if you not been in the country for more than two consecutive years. Visitor status — if there has been no more than three months a year. We track these days for you throughout the entire period your status is valid, and not when the card is issued: once the application is in, there is nothing more for the market to say, and the condition remains valid.

Title check, transaction, and title registration.
