I’m self-employed
Earning legally while living in Cyprus
Working in Cyprus is possible in three ways, and a visitor residence permit is not among them. The digital nomad visa is for those who earn at least 3,500 € per month net from a client outside Cyprus. Your own company — for everyone else: 12.5% corporate tax, exemption from tax on on dividends for seventeen years.
Who it suits. For freelancers, remote workers, and those running their own business.
What is included
- We identify which path is yours: the income threshold rules out most applicants, and it should be the first thing you check
- We prepare and submit the full set
- We obtain a tax number
- We track your absence days throughout the entire duration of your status
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Fee of €140 for the digital nomad visa — paid directly to the authority
- Annual company fee 350 €
- Accounting support is a subscription — from 75 € per month
- VAT registration: it kicks in at a turnover of 15,600 €
- A promise that an account will be opened: banks refuse Russian nationals, and no one can guarantee it
Permanent residence here has no expiry date — and it is revoked if you not been in the country for more than two consecutive years. Visitor status — if there has been no more than three months a year. We track these days for you throughout the entire period your status is valid, and not when the card is issued: once the application is in, there is nothing more for the market to say, and the condition remains valid.
The sixty-day rule applies only when three conditions are met simultaneously: you are nowhere else have not spent 183 days, you run a business or act as a director in Cyprus, and you have permanent housing owned or rented. Half the market names the first one.
Cyprus permanent residence is open-ended — and is cancelled if you have been absent from the country for more than two consecutive years. A visitor residence permit — if there were no more than three months per year. We track those days on your behalf throughout the entire duration of your status, and not when the card is issued.

For income from €3,500 per month net, sourced outside Cyprus. Checking the threshold before the assessment: we won’t sell an assessment that ends with ’you don’t qualify.’

The same package in another country
There is only one moment in life, but the documents, deadlines and costs are unique to each case: the rules are set by the country.
