Obtaining Armenian passport
Three years — and a passport. Your current one stays with you
Armenia permits dual citizenship: an Armenian passport is obtained while without giving up your current one. And the timeline here is the shortest in our entire networks — three years of residence permit. The fee for a short term is one: you will need to renew every year and prove each time that the business is active.
Who it suits. For those willing to run a business in Armenia for three years and who want a passport, without losing your current citizenship.

In 2026, Armenia stopped issuing five-year residence permits to entrepreneurs for residence: an annual permit remains, and it must be renewed every year, confirming that the business is active. Three years to citizenship — that’s three consecutive renewals. And from 1 November 2026, the company owner will need share capital from 2,000,000 AMD — about $5,200. Both figures we name before payment: for those going through the company, after this date the entry cost rises by exactly that amount.
In 2026, Armenia stopped issuing the five-year residence permit sole traders — it must now be renewed every year, and every year they verify that the business is active. And from 1 November 2026, the owner of an LLC will need share capital from 2,000,000 AMD (~$5,200). Both figures we quote before payment.

We manage the basis and all three annual renewals, then apply for permanent residence and naturalisation.
