Entering on a student visa and staying
The only toll road that actually exists in Canada
Canada cannot be bought: there is no federal ’status for investment’ program, and Quebec programs require French at a conversational level. The reality there is one paid path — education: a study permit, a diploma, a work permit for work after graduation, work experience, permanent status. And it contains a trap, where people lose two years: the post-graduation work permit not granted to all graduates, but only to those whose field of study qualifies against requirements. More than sixty percent of applications under this basis are rejected.
Who it suits. For those ready to study and build their status over several years: young for specialists, master’s degree holders, and those seeking a second degree.
What is included
- We find the right programme and institution for your goal and budget
- We verify that the programme you choose retains the right to a work permit after graduation — that is the core of this package
- We check whether you need a provincial attestation letter: from 2026, master’s and doctoral students at public universities do not need one
- We prepare the application documents and support you through to your acceptance letter
- We calculate the proof-of-funds requirement: CAD 22,895 for the first year of living expenses, on top of tuition
- We prepare the study permit package
- We organise an application from a third country: select the country, book the biometrics appointment, we will see the application package through to submission and return the passport — Yerevan, Almaty, Astana, Tbilisi
- The application is filed by a licensed representative — a CICC consultant or attorney provincial or Quebec notary; their licence number will appear in the contract
- Planning years ahead: study, work authorization, experience, permanent status
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Tuition is paid directly to the institution and is not included in this fee
- Agency fees: study permit 150 CAD, biometrics 85 CAD
- Promises of permanent status: studying opens the door, it does not guarantee entry
- Promises of enrollment: the institution makes that decision
- Promises of a work permit after graduation: we are responsible for verifying the field of study, but the decision rests with the authority
- Scholarships and grants
Since 28 January 2026, Canadian visa application centres in Russia are not accepting documents and passports: biometrics can be submitted, but the full package cannot, and the immigration office in Moscow is closed. Applications are submitted from a third country — the nearest centres are in Yerevan, Almaty and Astana. We handle this entirely: we select the country of application, we book the biometrics appointment, see the application through to submission, and return your passport. We have people on the ground there — an existing network, not a promise.
The urgency here is real, not manufactured: student intake for 2026 reduced from 305,900 to 155,000 — nearly halved. Spots through attestation letters per year: 309,670, of which Ontario accounts for 104,780, Quebec for 93,069, and British Columbia has 32,596, Alberta has 32,271.
The one door that has, on the contrary, opened wider: from 1 January 2026, master’s degree holders and doctoral students at public educational institutions do not need a provincial attestation letter not needed at all.
