Renting in Turkey works like Spain: the tenant pays the agent’s commission — usually month of rent or 10% of the annual total. This is not our markup, and we say so before the search, not after. What you pay us for is verifying the address, the contract, and the fact that that the ikamet is applied for at an already verified address.

What the package does not include

In Turkey, certain districts are closed to foreign registration, and the lists change regularly. Renting or buying in such an area means a refusal — and the money spent are non-refundable. We verify the address up to t you sign something. Document review is included in every package.
⚠️ We speak plainly about banking and about money from Russia. A Turkish bank account open on the basis of ties to the country — a residence permit, a company, property, so the order is: status first, then the bank. A direct payment, however, from a Russian bank is unlikely to be accepted by a Turkish bank: Turkish banks severed correspondent relationships with nearly all Russian banks after decisions on secondary sanctions. We plan the payment route in advance, and opening account is not guaranteed — the bank decides.
We find housing, verify the address and lease, and handle paperwork until your life is fully set up.
