Ikamet and the four documents without which it means nothing. This is where the real work is starts before you file: we verify the address before you sign the lease rental. The fee itself costs less than twenty dollars — what you pay us for is not the fee, and so your application does not founder on a district closed to foreigners.

In Turkey, certain districts are closed to foreign registration, and the lists change regularly. Renting or buying in such an area means a refusal — and the money spent are non-refundable. We verify the address up to t you sign something. Document review is included in every package.
A tourist visa won’t work — we’ll calculate a student or family option.
You attend appointments yourself. Documents, translations, and scheduling — we handle all of that, and you stay in the loop.
We attend the rendez-vous with you, translate, and stand by your side when you sign. You arrive to everything ready.
personal presence at the migration authority is mandatory in any case: ’turnkey’ — this means an interpreter by your side and the paperwork handled by us — not ’we go in your place’
