Why the neighbourhood matters more than the paperwork

In Turkey, certain districts are closed to foreign registration, and the lists change regularly. Renting or buying in such an area means a refusal — and the money spent are non-refundable. We verify the address up to t you sign something. Document review is included in every package.

Without denklik, a child will not be enrolled in a Turkish school — that requirement does not exist at all in the Spanish system.
