I’m self-employed

Sole proprietorship or company in Serbia — with a breakdown of ongoing costs

Registration takes 2–3 weeks, and you will be paying for it for three years. That is why we calculate the flat-rate tax for your activity code and region before you have chosen your structure, not after.

Who it suits. For those opening their own business in Serbia — for the income or as grounds for status.

What is included

  • Selecting the activity code and tax system
  • Preparing and filing documents with the APR
  • Obtaining the PIB and registering with the tax authority
  • Temporary registered address for the duration of registration
  • Lump-sum tax calculation for your activity code and region
  • Initial consultation with an accountant

What the package does not include

Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.

  • The bank decides: the bank opens the account on its own terms and may refuse — we prepare the package and go with you
  • APR government fee: sole trader ~€21 (2,500 dinars), company ~€68 (8,000 dinars)
  • Registered legal address after incorporation — from 33 € per month
  • Accountant — from 100 € /month for a sole trader, from 150 € for a company
  • Lump-sum tax — ~116 € per month, calculated individually
€850 once — and ~€266 every month for the next three years

A business-based residence permit costs €850 to set up. After that, he basis must be maintained: a flat-rate tax of ~€116 per month, an accountant ~100 €, registered address ~50 €. Over three years until permanent residency eligibility, that is ~9,600 € — four times the cost of the paperwork itself. We consider this the estimate before payment, because it is what determines whether you will make it to passport: a dissolved sole proprietorship resets continuity, and the three years start over from scratch. We give you the exact lump-sum fee at the consultation — it depends on the activity code and region.

A residence permit through a sole proprietorship costs €850 once and ~€266 per month for the following three years: lump-sum tax ~116 €, accountant ~100 €, registered address ~50 €. That’s ~9,600 € until permanent residence eligibility. We give you the second figure before payment — because it’s the one that determines whether you’ll make it to the passport.
