One status for the whole family, one price — no ’plus 400 € per person’
The primary applicant receives a residence permit; the spouse and children follow through family reunification. Each family member is typically counted separately, and the total grows with each addition. We set one fixed price for four people.

What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Government fees ~230 € per person: 22,700 dinars for the status, filing fee, biometrics, and ID card. Paid directly via plati.euprava.gov.rs — no child discounts: a family of four pays the authority ~€920
- Registration of a domestic partnership with a notary and two witnesses, if the couple is not married — 350 € as a separate service

A business-based residence permit costs €850 to set up. After that, he basis must be maintained: a flat-rate tax of ~€116 per month, an accountant ~100 €, registered address ~50 €. Over three years until permanent residency eligibility, that is ~9,600 € — four times the cost of the paperwork itself. We consider this the estimate before payment, because it is what determines whether you will make it to passport: a dissolved sole proprietorship resets continuity, and the three years start over from scratch. We give you the exact lump-sum fee at the consultation — it depends on the activity code and region.
A residence permit through a sole proprietorship costs €850 once and ~€266 per month for the following three years: lump-sum tax ~116 €, accountant ~100 €, registered address ~50 €. Prices are in euros and are all-inclusive — nothing is added on top. Government fees are paid separately and directly: ~€230 per person for status, including biometrics and an ID card.
