Packages in Canada
A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in Canadian dollars, USD ryandom spravochno. We do not mark up or bury agency fees inside the price — they are stated as separate figures and paid directly.
Since 28 January 2026, Canadian visa application centres in Russia are not accepting documents and passports: biometrics can be submitted, but the full package cannot, and the immigration office in Moscow is closed. Applications are submitted from a third country — the nearest centres are in Yerevan, Almaty and Astana. We handle this entirely: we select the country of application, we book the biometrics appointment, see the application through to submission, and return your passport. We have people on the ground there — an existing network, not a promise.

I calculate my points and decide whether to apply
Written calculation before you spend your first dollar
People do not come to Canada to ’look around and figure it out on arrival’: in 2026, intake new temporary residents were cut by nearly half, while permanent residency by points were left untouched. So it is not desire that decides — it is arithmetic: how many points you have points, whether you have enough funds in your account, and whether you qualify for even one open selection category. We calculate this in writing and say “no” out loud when the answer is no.
- We calculate your points in writing and show the breakdown line by line — you can see exactly how they were arrived at
- We check your eligibility across open selection categories: language, healthcare, skilled occupations
- We calculate whether your proof of funds is sufficient: 15,263 CAD for one person, 19,001 for two, 23,360 for three
- We look at provincial streams separately — they have their own thresholds, often lower than the federal ones.

As a family
One price for a family of up to four — not multiplied per head
In Canada, government fees are charged per person: adult — 1,590 CAD, child — 270. A family of four pays the authorities more than they pay us. That is why our fee here fixed: one price per family, not a price multiplied by four.
- We calculate points for both adults and determine who should be the primary applicant — this affects the qualifying score
- We verify proof of funds for all family members
- We compile and verify documents for everyone, including birth certificates and consent forms
- We calculate the government fees for your family composition and show the total before filing

First week on the ground
ID number, bank account, health card, school, and a roof over your head — all within the first seven days
Canada is set up so that without a Social Insurance Number you cannot work, without a credit history you won’t be able to rent an apartment, and a medical card in the province is not issued immediately. The first week determines whether you’ll settle in or spend a month stand in queues.
- Social Security number: we book the appointment and go together
- Bank account and first card to start building a credit history
- A local phone number — almost nothing works without one
- Application for a provincial health card and calculation of the waiting period
- and also 3

First documents
ID number, medical card, driver’s license, and credit history — the full set that starts your new life
Canadian daily life rests on four things: a Social Insurance Number, provincial health card, driver’s licence, and credit history. The first three are obtained from different agencies under different rules, and the fourth cannot be obtained — it can only be started.
- Social Security number
- Provincial health card and waiting period management
- Exchanging or taking the test for a driver’s license: rules vary by province and depend on your driving record
- Building a credit history from scratch: a card, payments, and what actually affects your score in the first year

Staying long-term: points-based permanent residency
The one door that was not narrowed in 2026
In 2026, Canada cut the intake of new temporary residents by nearly half: students — from 305,900 to 155,000; work permits — from 367,750 to 230,000. And permanent residency was kept at the previous threshold of 380,000 per year. The path ’first ’I’ll drop by sometime and sort it out later’ has stopped working. The path of ’counting points and go straight to permanent status» — no.
- We calculate your points and choose between the federal pool and a provincial nomination
- We prepare a degree evaluation and a language plan for the score you need
- We compile the document package and verify each item against the requirements
- We prepare proof of funds in a form that will be accepted: yours, accessible, confirmed by a bank statement

I’m self-employed
Your own business in Canada — for those who already have status
Let’s begin with what the market keeps quiet about: in Canada, starting a business does not grant you status. Neither company registration, nor turnover, nor taxes paid translate into into a work permit. The federal self-employed programme has been suspended. Self-employment here is possible once you have status — not the other way around.
- We choose the structure: sole proprietorship or a company — the difference in terms of provinces and taxes is significant
- We register the business and obtain a tax number
- We register you for goods and services tax when your turnover requires it
- We set up your accounting and explain what you need to file and when

Buying my own place
First we check whether you are eligible at all — the restriction is in effect until 1 January 2027
Canada is the only country in our lineup where a foreigner is prohibited from buying housing. The ban on residential property purchases by non-Canadians remains in effect until 1 January 2027 and has already been extended twice. It covers buildings of up to three apartments inclusive — meaning houses, townhouses and almost all condos. Exceptions exist, and the first thing we do is check whether you qualify for one.
- We check your case for an exemption from the restriction: status, length of residence, tax returns
- We check whether the property falls under restrictions based on unit count or location.
- We show you what is currently permitted: buildings of four or more units, and everything outside major metropolitan areas
- We calculate the buyer’s taxes in your province — they vary and are significant

Urgent: refusal, overstay, appeal
When an application is denied or a status has expired and time is running out
Overstaying your status in Canada comes with a hard deadline: restoration is possible within ninety days, after which you must leave. A refusal has its own window for appeal. Both are counted in days, which is why we handle this package into the work first and review the situation on the day of inquiry.
- We analyse the situation on the day you contact us and calculate how many days you have left
- We request your case materials from the authority to see the actual reason for the refusal, rather than guessing
- Status reinstatement if ninety days have not yet elapsed
- We prepare a re-submission that resolves the reason for refusal

Giving birth in Canada
The child is a citizen from birth. This has no effect on your status whatsoever
A child born in Canada becomes a citizen at the moment of birth — regardless of the parents’ status. There are no restrictions on travelling for the purpose of r births is absent from the law. And right away on the key point that half the market stays silent about: this has no effect on the parents’ status whatsoever. Your child will be able to sponsor you from the age of eighteen, and the process is slow and competitive. This direction is led by our partner in Toronto: they have their own pricing, and the birth, doctor and interpreter are included in the package price, not charged on top.
- We prepare the documents and handle your Canadian visa application
- We advise and help you prepare for arrival: what to sort out before you fly and what to bring
- We find the hospital — one day of selection included in the price
- We find a doctor who works directly with the company; the doctor’s fee is included in the package price
- and also 3

Entering on a student visa and staying
The only toll road that actually exists in Canada
Canada cannot be bought: there is no federal ’status for investment’ program, and Quebec programs require French at a conversational level. The reality there is one paid path — education: a study permit, a diploma, a work permit for work after graduation, work experience, permanent status. And it contains a trap, where people lose two years: the post-graduation work permit not granted to all graduates, but only to those whose field of study qualifies against requirements. More than sixty percent of applications under this basis are rejected.
- We find the right programme and institution for your goal and budget
- We verify that the programme you choose retains the right to a work permit after graduation — that is the core of this package
- We check whether you need a provincial attestation letter: from 2026, master’s and doctoral students at public universities do not need one
- We prepare the application documents and support you through to your acceptance letter
- and also 5

The child is starting school
State school, private school, or a separate study permit for your child
State school in Canada is free for children of those who have ork or study permit, with placement determined by the address of residence. If the parents have no legal status, or the child is coming to study independently, they will need their own tudy permit. These are three different paths with different timelines, and the choice in spring, not in August.
- We identify which of the three routes applies to your child: through your status, their own permit, or a private school
- We find the right school and check which district your address falls under
- We gather the documents: translations, vaccination records, references, report cards
- We manage enrolment through to a confirmed place
- and also 2

Renewing status
Extension, maintained status, and resident card — without lapsing
In Canada, status is renewed in advance: if you apply before it expires, you continue live and work under the existing terms while the decision is pending. If you miss the deadline — here is a ninety-day window to reinstate it, and that’s a different story and other funds.
- We calculate your dates and tell you exactly when to apply in order to maintain supported status
- We prepare the package to renew your work or study permit
- Resident card renewal and verification of compliance with the in-country presence requirement
- Super visa for parents: preparing the invitation, insurance, and proof of income
- and also 2

Visa to Canada
Grounds selection and document package
Tourist, student, and work visas follow different processes and have different prices. We start by assessing your situation and give you a straight answer on your chances.
- Grounds selection based on your actual situation, not your preferred outcome
- Document checklist tailored to the specific consulate
- Package and proof-of-funds check before filing
- Finding an appointment slot and interview preparation

How Canada differs from the six countries where we already work
- Applications from Russia are not accepted — from 28 January 2026. Visa centres have stopped accepting documents and passports: submitting biometrics is possible, the package cannot be submitted, the Moscow office is closed. Filing takes place from a third country. This is not a nuance or a risk, but a line item that needs to be budget for upfront — and work we handle entirely ourselves.
- Canada cannot be bought, and we say this plainly. The entrepreneur programme has not been accepting new applications since 1 January 2026, the self-employed program is suspended, the federal investor not available since 2014, and Quebec programmes require French at a fluent level of conversation. If someone is offering you ’Canadian status for investment’ — you’re being offer what is not currently available.
- Paid advice here may only be given by a licensed This is Article 91 of the immigration law, and it applies to those who who work from abroad. That’s why we’ve split things fairly: a breakdown, documents, translations, submission from a third country, and arrival logistics — all ours; application to the authority is submitted by a licensed representative, and their name you find out before payment, not after.
- The door has narrowed by half, but not for everyone. The intake of new temporary residents in 2026 was cut by nearly half: students — from 305,900 to 155,000; work permits — from 367,750 up to 230,000. And permanent residency was left at the previous threshold of 380,000 per year. The ’I’ll figure it out when I get there’ approach no longer works. The path ’I’ll count my points and go straight for permanent status’ — no.
- Foreigners are prohibited from purchasing property until 1 January 2027. The only country in our portfolio with such a restriction. It applies to houses and almost all apartments; buildings with four or more units and everything what lies outside major urban areas. We check your specific case and your property — and we make no promises that the ban will be lifted: it has already been extended twice.
- A child born here is a citizen from birth. And now for what half the market stays silent about: for the parents’ status, this makes no difference. Your child can sponsor you from the age of eighteen, and the process is competitive. We say this before you pay.
