One price for a family of up to four — not multiplied per head
In Canada, government fees are charged per person: adult — 1,590 CAD, child — 270. A family of four pays the authorities more than they pay us. That is why our fee here fixed: one price per family, not a price multiplied by four.
Who it suits. For couples with children relocating together under a single application.
What is included
- We calculate points for both adults and determine who should be the primary applicant — this affects the qualifying score
- We verify proof of funds for all family members
- We compile and verify documents for everyone, including birth certificates and consent forms
- We calculate the government fees for your family composition and show the total before filing
- We organise an application from a third country: select the country, book the biometrics appointment, we will see the application package through to submission and return the passport — Yerevan, Almaty, Astana, Tbilisi
- We schedule biometrics for the whole family in one trip: the family fee is capped at CAD 170
- The application is filed by a licensed representative — a CICC consultant or attorney provincial or Quebec notary; their licence number will appear in the contract
- Landing plan: school, health card, bank account, ID numbers
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Agency fees: 1,590 CAD per adult (990 processing + 600 right of permanent residence), CAD 270 per child, biometrics CAD 85 per person and no more than CAD 170 for the family — paid directly, at cost, with receipts
- Promises of an invitation: it depends on the selection cut-off score
- Travel and accommodation in the country of application
- Language exams and diploma assessments for each adult
Since 28 January 2026, Canadian visa application centres in Russia are not accepting documents and passports: biometrics can be submitted, but the full package cannot, and the immigration office in Moscow is closed. Applications are submitted from a third country — the nearest centres are in Yerevan, Almaty and Astana. We handle this entirely: we select the country of application, we book the biometrics appointment, see the application through to submission, and return your passport. We have people on the ground there — an existing network, not a promise.

Delivery is handled by our partner in Toronto: their rates and additional expenses are quoted in US dollars, with 13% HST added on top — this is the partner’s policy, and we disclose it before payment. USD shown for reference. Government fees are charged separately and directly to the authority, at cost and with receipts — that is how the entire the licensed market of Canada.
