Urgent: refusal, overstay, appeal
When an application is denied or a status has expired and time is running out
Overstaying your status in Canada comes with a hard deadline: restoration is possible within ninety days, after which you must leave. A refusal has its own window for appeal. Both are counted in days, which is why we handle this package into the work first and review the situation on the day of inquiry.
Who it suits. For those who were denied, whose status has expired, or who missed a filing deadline.
What is included
- We analyse the situation on the day you contact us and calculate how many days you have left
- We request your case materials from the authority to see the actual reason for the refusal, rather than guessing
- Status reinstatement if ninety days have not yet elapsed
- We prepare a re-submission that resolves the reason for refusal
- The application is filed by a licensed representative — a CICC consultant or attorney provincial or Quebec notary; their licence number will appear in the contract
- We pass the case to a licensed appeals representative if it goes to court
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Promises of overturning a refusal: the decision rests with the authority or the court
- Agency fees and court fees
- Lawyer’s fee for judicial review — calculated separately and depends on the case
- Status reinstatement if ninety days have already passed: this period cannot be restored
Since 28 January 2026, Canadian visa application centres in Russia are not accepting documents and passports: biometrics can be submitted, but the full package cannot, and the immigration office in Moscow is closed. Applications are submitted from a third country — the nearest centres are in Yerevan, Almaty and Astana. We handle this entirely: we select the country of application, we book the biometrics appointment, see the application through to submission, and return your passport. We have people on the ground there — an existing network, not a promise.
In Canada, paid immigration advice may only be given by a licensed representative means Article 91 of the Immigration Act. We handle the assessment, documents, translations, third-country application, and landing support; the application to the authority is submitted by licensed person, and we give you their name before payment, not after.

We review the case on the day you contact us, request case materials, and handle reinstatement or resubmission.
