Urgent: refusal, overstay, appeal
We review the case and say plainly where a path exists and where it has been closed
Decree 366/2025 introduced something that didn’t exist before: it explicitly prohibits issuing residency to those who violated entry conditions, and adds deportation with a ban on entry of up to five years. That is why we are transparent about the division: appeals denials, deadline restoration, and agency errors — we handle them all. ’Sorting out’ an irregular status — we don’t do it, and we explain why: why this is dangerous specifically for you, not for the seller.
Who it suits. For those who were denied, missed a deadline, or received a notice from an authority.
What is included
- We request and review the case materials on day one
- We determine whether there are grounds for an appeal and within what timeframe
- We prepare an appeal or a re-submission that addresses the reason for refusal
- We calculate what happens to your counter: a refusal usually resets it, and you need to know that from the start
- If there’s no viable path — we say so in writing and suggest a lawful way forward, including departure and re-entry
What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Regularizing an irregular situation: the decree explicitly prohibits granting residency to those who have violated the terms of entry
- Guaranteed appeal outcome
- Court costs and the Argentine attorney’s fee if the case goes to litigation
- Promises of timelines: practice has not settled since cases were moved from the courts to the authority
In May 2025, decree 366/2025 transferred citizenship cases from the courts and handed them Migraciones, and at the same time tightened the residency clock: two years of legal residence in a row. A precaria, under which a person lives while their application is being reviewed eir case — that period is not counted. The tourist 90 days are not counted either. Departures break continuity. We have tracked this counter from day one and we gather evidence in advance: rental agreement, utility bills, bank records, entry stamps o entries and exits — because the decision rests with the authorities reviewing the paperwork, not word by word. Parts of the decree are being challenged in courts, and we work in a way that your stay was provable regardless of the outcome.
Decree 366/2025 is being contested: one first-instance ruling and two appellate courts declared parts of the decree unconstitutional — primarily regarding restrictions for parents of Argentine-born children. Migraciones practice in such cases follows the decree. That’s why we make no promises of ’everything as before’ or ’the door is closed’ — we simply work the way so that your period of stay is provable under any outcome.

Case documents, assessment of grounds, preparation of an appeal or re-application, calculation of the impact on the counter.
Prices are in US dollars and are all-inclusive — nothing is added on top. Migraciones and RENAPER government fees are paid separately and directly to the authority: they are modest, denominated in pesos and converted at the day’s exchange rate — we list them as a total and provide receipts. SVOY initial consultation — 100 $, credited in the cost of support. The short initial call is free.
