Packages in Argentina

A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in USD and all-inclusive. Government fees here are modest: we don’t fold them into our price or mark them up — they are listed as separate line items and paid directly to the relevant authority.

The two years start not from the day you land, but from the date of residency

In May 2025, decree 366/2025 transferred citizenship cases from the courts and handed them Migraciones, and at the same time tightened the residency clock: two years of legal residence in a row. A precaria, under which a person lives while their application is being reviewed eir case — that period is not counted. The tourist 90 days are not counted either. Departures break continuity. We have tracked this counter from day one and we gather evidence in advance: rental agreement, utility bills, bank records, entry stamps o entries and exits — because the decision rests with the authorities reviewing the paperwork, not word by word. Parts of the decree are being challenged in courts, and we work in a way that your stay was provable regardless of the outcome.

I’m planning to leave: counting two years

From what date the clock starts ticking and whether your income qualifies — in writing, before you fly

People move to Argentina for the timeline: two years of legal residency and naturalisation follows. But from May 2025 the timeline is counted strictly, and most people lose the first year, even without noticing: living on a precaria or on a 90-day tourist stay and convinced that time is passing. It is not. We calculate in writing from which date you have eally start the clock, what getting there will cost, and whether you have income for the category — and we say ’no’ out loud when the answer is no.

  • We calculate the start date of your clock: from which day your two years begin
  • We check the income against the rentier category: the formula requires five minimum wages, around $1,255 per month, but at the appointment they ask closer to $2,000 and the remainder in the account from $24,000 — we calculate based on practice, not a formula
  • We identify which residency category is available to you: rentier, employment, family, study
  • We calculate the first-year budget honestly: rent in Buenos Aires USD 1,000–1,500 per month, insurance from USD 50

As a family

One price for a family of up to four — not multiplied per head

Government fees in Argentina are modest — that’s not the issue. The issue is that the two-year clock runs separately for each family member: for one it starts from the date of residency, the second — three months later, and the child’s differently. All of them need to be maintained at once, and paying for that four times over makes no sense. That’s why our fee here is fixed.

  • We calculate the start date of the clock separately for each family member and bring them together into a single plan
  • We check the income against the rentier category: the formula requires five minimum wages, around $1,255 per month, but at the appointment they ask closer to $2,000 and the remainder in the account from $24,000 — we calculate based on practice, not a formula
  • We compile and verify documents for everyone, including birth certificates and travel consent forms
  • We apply for residence through RADEX for all family members

First week in Buenos Aires

Money, connectivity, transport, and a roof over your head — in seven days and without losing on the exchange rate

Buenos Aires greets you with three things people lose money on in their very first week: currency exchange, renting without local history, and a neighbourhood chosen on the map. We’re spending this week together with you.

  • We meet you and get you settled: accommodation for the first month is arranged before you land
  • We show you where to exchange money and how to avoid losing out on the rate
  • Local SIM card and SUBE transit card
  • Neighborhood matching for your needs: school nearby, clinic nearby, safety in the evenings

First documents: CUIL, CDI, bank

The package that starts your legal life — and does NOT start the clock

This is the package where people most often lose a year. Someone applies, receives precaria, lives on it — and is certain the two years have started counting. They have not: the period is counted from the date of residency, and precaria does not count towards it. We compile the full package and from day one explain exactly what is already under way counts toward it and what does not.

  • CUIL — rental agreements cannot be signed and employment cannot be formalised without it
  • CDI — tax identification number for transactions, for those who do not have a CUIT or CUIL
  • Address certificate and a lease agreement suitable as proof of residence
  • Account at an Argentine bank

Staying long-term: rentier residence permit

Temporary residence and DNI — from the date the clock starts ticking

Rentier status is the most direct route for someone with passive income: rental earnings, dividends, interest, royalties. Salary income does not qualify — there is a separate category. The formula requires five minimum wages per month — around 1,255 $, — but at the appointment they ask closer to 2,000 $ plus a bank balance requirement from $24,000. We tailor the process to your situation, not to a formula.

  • We check the income against the rentier category: the formula requires five minimum wages, around $1,255 per month, but at the appointment they ask closer to $2,000 and the remainder in the account from $24,000 — we calculate based on practice, not a formula
  • We prepare proof of source of funds through the bank — this is where most cases fall apart
  • We obtain criminal record certificates: the Argentine RNR and those from every country of residence over the past three years
  • We file through RADEX and manage the case through to the appointment invitation

Self-employed: monotributo

Simplified taxation, an account, and invoices to clients — legally and without tax surprises

Monotributo is Argentina’s simplified tax regime: one monthly payment instead of several taxes, the tier depending on turnover. It also covers healthcare and pension. For a freelancer or remote worker, this is the cheapest way work legally — and at the same time confirm income for your status.

  • We select the right monotributo tier based on your turnover and type of activity
  • We register and set up client invoicing
  • We calculate what works better in your situation: monotributo or the general tax regime
  • We review tax residency: when it arises and what changes as a result

Buying my own place

Transaction via escritura with an honest breakdown of closing costs — and no promises about status

Foreigners are free to buy: there are no restrictions for a law-abiding non-resident no, it is a constitutional norm. A CDI tax number is required, and the right transfers only through escritura pública before a notary with registration in the registry. First, a key misconception: buying property in Argentina does NOT grant a residence permit or permanent residency. Anyone who promises otherwise is selling something that does not exist.

  • We obtain the CDI — without it, the transaction is not possible
  • We check the property and seller before the deposit
  • We find an escribano and review the escritura draft
  • We calculate the closing costs in advance: notary around 2%, transfer tax around 1.5%, agency 3–4% — a total of 5–7% on top of the price

Urgent: refusal, overstay, appeal

We review the case and say plainly where a path exists and where it has been closed

Decree 366/2025 introduced something that didn’t exist before: it explicitly prohibits issuing residency to those who violated entry conditions, and adds deportation with a ban on entry of up to five years. That is why we are transparent about the division: appeals denials, deadline restoration, and agency errors — we handle them all. ’Sorting out’ an irregular status — we don’t do it, and we explain why: why this is dangerous specifically for you, not for the seller.

  • We request and review the case materials on day one
  • We determine whether there are grounds for an appeal and within what timeframe
  • We prepare an appeal or a re-submission that addresses the reason for refusal
  • We calculate what happens to your counter: a refusal usually resets it, and you need to know that from the start

Parents with a newborn by the window of a bright room

Giving birth in Argentina

Citizenship for the child from birth — and an honest account of what that means for the parents

Birthright citizenship in Argentina is unconditional: a child is a citizen from birth, passport is issued within a month. This is true, and it’s why people come here. The other half of the truth: from 2025, having a child does NOT shorten the parents’ two years and does NOT automatically grant them permanent residence — income and criminal record are reviewed. We handle both: the child’s documents and the parents’ status.

  • We find the clinic and doctor, and review contracts before signing
  • We accompany you at appointments and during delivery, including interpretation
  • We obtain a birth certificate, DNI, and passport for the child
  • We file for parents under the family reunification basis and start the clock

Passport in two years

Naturalization at Migraciones — and the two years you need to prove

Argentina is the only country in our network where a passport can be obtained within a period, and not for money: two years of legal residence — and naturalization. Not ten years like in Spain, and not ’never’ like in the UAE. But from May 2025 matters were taken away from the courts and handed to Migraciones, and the timeline is now counted strictly: two consecutive years of legal residency are required. Precaria does not count. Tourist 90 days do not count. Departures break continuity. We are not selling a promise; we are selling management of these two years.

  • We run the two-year counter and prove it: we make sure the clock is genuinely ticking — precaria and tourist 90-day stays do not count toward it, and departures reset the clock continuity
  • We compile a continuity evidence file in advance: lease agreement, utility bills, bank, entry and exit stamps — Migraciones decides based on documents, not words
  • We manage your case for the full two years: reminding you about renewals, tracking exits, and keeping evidence on file
  • We prepare and submit the naturalisation application online through Migraciones

Academic year from March, enrollment from February — and vaccinations per the Argentine schedule

The Argentine school year runs from March to December, and enrollment opens in February. That means the school decision is made during the Argentine summer — when it is winter in Russia. The second stumbling block: the vaccination certificate must follow the Argentine calendar, not the Russian one, and it needs to be brought into compliance well in advance.

  • We find the right school: a state school based on your address or a private one based on your needs
  • We gather the enrolment documents: birth certificate, DNI or passport, report cards, certificado de pase
  • We update vaccinations to the Argentine schedule
  • We arrange a certified translation and convalidación of your diploma where required

Renewing status and tracking the clock

So you have something to show the authority in two years

In Argentina, renewal is not a once-a-year formality but something that the entire path to a passport depends on this. A missed renewal deadline breaks continuity. Leaving at the wrong moment does too. And proving residency with paperwork that should have been collected over the full two years. This package is exactly the work we charge for.

  • We renew the residence permit and precaria on time — reminding you in advance, not after the fact
  • We run the two-year counter and prove it: we make sure the clock is genuinely ticking — precaria and tourist 90-day stays do not count toward it, and departures reset the clock continuity
  • We track your exits and alert you before a trip, not after

How Argentina differs from the seven countries where we already work

  • Here, the passport is earned through time, not money. Two years of legal residency — and then naturalization. Not ten years, as in in Spain, and not ’never,’ as in the UAE. It is the only country in our networks where the path to a passport is measured in time, not money. Exactly that’s exactly why people come here — and that’s precisely why everything depends on the date from which the period is counted.
  • The two years start not from the day you land. In May 2025, decree 366/2025 transferred citizenship cases from the courts to Migraciones, and at the same time tightened the count: exactly two years of legal residence in a row. A precaria, under which a person lives while reviews the case, that time does not count toward the total. The tourist 90 days — t too. Trips abroad interrupt continuity. We track this counter and collect evidence in advance — that is what we charge for.
  • Citizenship by investment does not work here. The framework was established by 2025 decrees, but the threshold has not been published, and the agency earned nothing. If someone quotes you a figure for which ’they’ll give you an Argentine passport’ — you’re quoted a figure from a newspaper, and not from the law.
  • A child born here is a citizen from birth. This is true, and he receives the passport within a month. The second half truth the market stays silent about: from 2025, having a child no longer reduces r parents the same two years and does not automatically grant them permanent status — they verify income and criminal record. We say this before payment.
  • An expired deadline here can no longer be «fixed». The decree explicitly prohibits granting residency to those who violated the conditions of entry, and adds deportation with a re-entry ban of up to five years. That’s why we take on appeal of refusals and reinstatement of deadlines, and ’legalizing an undocumented status’ — no, and here is why this is specifically dangerous for you.
  • ’Cheap Argentina’ is over — and we’ve done the math. By mid-2025 the gap between rates had narrowed: a two-bedroom in a good districts of Buenos Aires costs 1,000–1,500 dollars a month, meaning as in southern Europe. We calculate the first-year budget in writing before the move, not after.
  • Buying property does not confer any status. Neither a residence permit nor permanent residence. Foreigners may purchase property — there are no restrictions for there is no such thing as a bona fide non-resident, — but residency through real estate in Argentina does not exist. We accompany the transaction and do not sell at the same time a status that is not listed in it.
