School, documents, and filing
Academic year from September to June, enrollment in spring. We find the school and prepare documents and handle the submission. A child’s status is not included in this price: the residence permit residence is a separate service, and it is counted based on the parent’s grounds.

What the package does not include
Paid separately and directly, with no markup from us.
- Translations and notarization — from 100 €: notary approximately 51 €, translations approximately 50 € depending on volume
- Status for a child: it goes through family reunification with a parent and is not included in this price. As a standalone service, a residence permit costs €500 plus government fees of €50–100; for the whole family it is cheaper as the ’Whole Family’ package — €1,500 for four

From 2026, properties used for residence permit purposes will be assessed at the official assessed (cadastral) value — not the amount you actually paid. Paying €160,000 and getting a valuation of €120,000 is perfectly fine, and then there will be no status. We receive this assessment before how you put in your money: if the property doesn’t reach it, you find out before the transaction, not after. The threshold itself — from €150,000 — is still being clarified: secondary regulations have not been published in full, and part of the market refers to them as 200,000 €. We say this openly, rather than settling on a convenient number.
The threshold for a residence permit is calculated on the official tax assessment of the property, not the contract price. We obtain the valuation before you you put money in: if the property does not reach the threshold, you find out before the deal, and not after.

Prices are in euros and are all-inclusive — nothing is added on top. Government fees are paid separately: they are modest here — €50–100 per status. SVOY initial consultation — 80 €, credited in the cost of support. The short initial call is free.
