A set of services for one moment in life — cheaper than the same services purchased separately. Every package is itemized line by line; prices are in USD and all-inclusive. USCIS and State Department fees are not buried inside our price and we do not mark them up: they are listed as separate figures, paid directly authority, and you see the receipts.

An immigration visa cannot currently be issued to a Russian citizen

On January 21, 2026, the State Department suspended the issuance of immigration visas to citizens of 75 countries, and Russia is on that list. Applications accept applications, schedule and conduct interviews — but do not issue the visa. Non-immigrant visas (B1/B2, F-1, O-1, L-1) are not affected by the pause. That means the path the market keeps selling — ’apply and wait’ consulate» — it now fails to go through to the end, no matter how flawless the matter. Exactly two workarounds exist: a status change within the US if you are already in the country on a valid status, and a second passport from a country not on the list. We check both and tell you which applies to you — before you commit to anything you will pay. No end date has been set for the pause, so we keep your passport we check against the current list as of the date of your enquiry.

I’m heading to the US: applying for a B1/B2 visa

From an honest assessment of your chances to the day of the interview

A visa is decided not by a folder of documents, but by two things: the trail already on record o you in US databases, and how you answer at the interview. Date in I-94, not in the visa. A 214(b) refusal from five years ago. Expired per month the days that have already started counting as unlawful presence. We start with an assessment of your chances and speak plainly about whether it is worth applying now, and then we handle the entire submission through to the day you walk out of the consulate.

  • We pull your footprint in the system: I-94 and actual days of presence, past refusals under 214(b), accumulated unlawful presence and proximity to 3- and 10-year bans, the fate of the old green card, if there was one
  • We assess your chances before you pay to apply: the purpose of your trip, visa history, ties to home, risks of a 214(b) denial
  • We find the right consulate: Russian nationals apply in Warsaw or Astana, and the B1/B2 queue in Astana has reached up to two years
  • We complete the DS-160 entirely ourselves, rather than reviewing one you have already filled in

A family with children and suitcases in the hallway before departure

As a family

Flat rate for up to four people, not per head

A family in the US is counted differently from how the market counts it. Consular fee $185 paid by each person, including infants; the I-485 fee of $1,440 — by everyone aged 14 and over, and a school, bank, and driver’s license are needed by everyone at once. We charge a flat fee per family of up to four person and we name each fee individually so the budget does not unravel by the fifth invoice.

  • We check whether your path leads to a visa given the pause on immigration visa issuance Russian citizens from January 21, 2026 — and if not, we build it through a change of status within the US or via a second passport under the current State Department list
  • We review each adult’s record separately: refusals and overstays are not inherited, but they don’t disappear either
  • We calculate the fees by name: consular fee USD 185 per person, I-485 USD 1,440 from age 14, work authorization separately
  • We file for the whole family in one package: dependent statuses, children, deadlines

First week in America

SSN, bank account, phone, address, and school — within the first seven days

America is set up so that without one document you cannot get another: the bank asks SSN requires an address, the address requires a lease, the lease requires credit — history that you do not yet have. We know the order in which this circle unlocks, and we walk through it with you in a week rather than three months.

  • SSN application submitted in the correct order and at the right office — or ITIN, if you are not eligible for an SSN
  • Personal bank account without a credit history: we find you a bank that will open an account for a non-resident
  • A US phone number and mailing address for incoming post

Staying long-term: changing status from within

Green card through family or without an employer — without getting stuck in limbo

From 21 January 2026, immigration visas are no longer issued to Russian nationals: the application they accept, conduct an interview, and deny the visa. That means the route the market continues to sell — ’we file and wait for the consulate’ — currently leads nowhere. Another route applies: if you are already in the US on a valid status, a green card done by changing status within the country, with no consular stage.

  • We check whether your path leads to a visa given the pause on immigration visa issuance Russian citizens from January 21, 2026 — and if not, we build it through a change of status within the US or via a second passport under the current State Department list

Self-employed: LLC and a talent visa

A company in three days — or status based on achievements

A company in the US can be set up in one to three days, and you don’t need an SSN, nor status: an LLC is registered by a non-resident online. But the company does not provide status, and this must be understood before, not after. Status is granted by the O-1 talent visa — and this is the only work-based category that requires no employer and does not run into a pause, because it is non-immigrant.

  • We check whether your path leads to a visa given the pause on immigration visa issuance Russian citizens from January 21, 2026 — and if not, we build it through a change of status within the US or via a second passport under the current State Department list

Buying my own place: starting with the state

In Texas a Russian citizen cannot, in Florida — not everywhere

The US is the only country in the range where the right to purchase property depends not on the country, but on the state, and where a Russian citizen is named explicitly in the law. In Texas, SB 17 has been in effect since September 1, 2025: the purchase of any real estate prohibited, and violation is a state criminal offence. In Florida, SB 264 prohibits agricultural land and anything within ten miles of military facilities. That is why we the background check comes first, and finding the property comes second.

  • ⚠️ We check the state and the specific plot for restrictions on Russian citizens before any deposit is paid
  • We cover the exceptions: on a student or work visa in Texas, one home for personal use is permitted
  • Finding a property and verifying title

Urgent: lost status and asylum

When the clock of unlawful presence is already running

Unlawful presence begins the day after the date on the I-94 — not in the visa. After 180 days, overstaying turns into a three-year entry ban upon entry, and after a year it converts to a ten-year one. Most people find out about this only when too late. We calculate your timeline, tell you the deadline by which there’s still the options, and we walk through what can be done.

  • We pull your footprint in the system: I-94 and actual days of presence, past refusals under 214(b), accumulated unlawful presence and proximity to 3- and 10-year bans, the fate of the old green card, if there was one

Green card through investment (EB-5)

From $800,000 per project — plus an assessment of whether this route actually leads to a visa

US citizenship for money does not exist. What exists is a green card through investment EB-5: from $800,000 invested in a project in a Targeted Employment Area and ten jobs created. Yet here too, everything comes down to the pause in effect since 21 January 2026: for a Russian national immigration visa will not be issued right now. So the first step is flagship — not an investment, but an analysis of how your case actually reaches to the result.

School is free and has no right to ask about your status

State schools in the US are free for all children, and by the Supreme Court’s ruling court ruling of 1982, it may not ask about a child’s immigration status or parents. Almost no one knows this, and it costs people an academic year. Our job isn’t to ’get your child into a school’ — it’s to choose the right school district, because in the USA, the residential address determines the school.

  • School district search: in the US, your address determines your school — so choosing a neighbourhood is choosing a school

Renewing status and tracking I-94

The I-94 date catches up with everyone — it is only a matter of when

Status in the US is always time-limited, and it expires not when the visa runs out, and when the date on the I-94 arrives. The following day, unlawful presence — after 180 days abroad, departure turns into a three-year ban. We track your date: we remind you in advance, submit the renewal on time and make sure so that no gap arises.

  • We track your I-94 date and alert you well in advance, not after the fact
  • Filing an extension or change of non-immigrant status — Form I-539
  • We assess whether status is maintained during the review period and what to do if there is a gap

How the US differs from the eleven countries where we already work

  • Immigration visas are not currently being issued to Russian citizens. From 21 January 2026, issuance has been suspended for nationals of 75 countries, and Russia is on the list. You can apply and attend an interview, but receiving a visa — no. Non-immigrant visas work. Which means the deciding factor is not the quality folders, but whether your path reaches its end: from within the country by changing status or via a second passport. We treat this as the first step, not the last.
  • There is no mass-market residence permit here. In Spain, Georgia, Cyprus, and Argentina you can submit, pay and get the card. In the US, status is always temporary and always conditional. That’s why the lineup answers four other questions: how to enter, how to keep your status, how to change it from within, and how to fix a damaged history.
  • The count starts from the I-94, not from the visa date. These are different dates, and almost everyone confuses them. Unlawful presence starts the day after the date on your I-94: 180 days and you must leave — ban on entry for three years, one year — ten years. We pull up your record in the system before you pay anything.
  • Our core service is state-licensed. Only a licensed attorney may represent a person before USCIS for a fee the state or an accredited representative of the Ministry of Justice — Article 8 CFR 292.1, violations are prosecuted. That is why we divide work: the assessment, documents, evidence file, and the landing are on us, and the application is signed by a licensed practitioner, and you know eir name from day one. You won’t find the words ’we apply on your behalf’ here.
  • We do not sell birth tourism trips. Birthright citizenship remains intact: the Supreme Court confirmed it on 30 June 2026 by a 6–3 ruling. But on 6 August an executive order was signed directing the cessation of r birth tourism and explicitly permits action against companies selling such trips. We handle the documents for a child who already born — and this is legal, necessary, and costs $1,500.
  • Buying property is not available everywhere or to everyone. The only country in the network where a Russian citizen is named in the law by name. Texas, from September 1, 2025, prohibits them from purchasing virtually any real estate transaction — this is a criminal offence under state law. Florida prohibits agricultural land and anything within ten miles of a military base of properties. Miami is Florida. That’s why we start with due diligence the state and district, and then finding you a property.
  • A visa costs more than the fee — but not because of the fee. The consular fee of $185 is exactly $185 — websites don’t mislead you on this one. It is steep other: the US Embassy in Moscow does not issue visas; you need to apply in Warsaw or Astana, and the B1/B2 queue in Astana stretched to two years. The real cost of the visa is the flight to the border post, accommodation during submission and a secured appointment slot. That is why our work begins with selecting the consular post, not with the application form.
  • School is free and doesn’t ask about your status. Under a 1982 Supreme Court ruling, a public school may not deny a child based on immigration status and may not demand documents confirming their status. Almost no one knows this, and as a result tery lose an academic year. School assignment in the USA is determined by address — which is why our work here starts with choosing a school district.
