Cases are handled by two separate worlds: USCIS inside the country and consulates with By the National Visa Center — from outside. Same result either way is achieved through different routes, and the choice of route determines both the documents and where you will physically be waiting for a decision.
What we need from you to get started

- Grounds: employment, study, family, investment, or humanitarian status
- Understanding your current situation and what your last entry was
- Sponsor’s income and tax documents, if the basis is family reunification
Where things most often go wrong
