Where to live

Kentron (Centre)

Kaskad, Severni Prospekt, cafés and coworking spaces — all walkable. The priciest rents in the city, but also the most vibrant neighbourhood

Arabkir

A green neighborhood above the center: quieter and more affordable than Kentron, with many expat families and good schools

Komitas / Kanaker-Zeytun

Residential neighborhoods with new developments, reasonable prices, 10–15 minutes from the center

Davtashen

New residential area: modern housing stock, parking, supermarkets — convenient if you have a car

Where not to live

Nubarashen / outskirts of Erebuni

Far from the centre, ageing housing stock, weak infrastructure — not the right choice for a first move
