Schengen visa

A Schengen visa isn’t granted for a trip, and for the assembled dossier

One visa opens up almost all of Europe, but you must apply to the consulate of the specific country — and your choice affects both the waiting time and the outcome. After that, it comes down not to connections but to how well your documents explain the trip.

Schengen visa — $250, fees and insurance billed separately; US visa, full service — from $750, consular fee included. We work from any country. For Canada, we quote after reviewing your situation.

We work from any country — no ties to a specific place of residence.

When to reach out

What people come to us with

A Schengen refusal is almost always explainable. Most often it comes down to documents that fail to answer the question: ’Why are you going, and why will you return?’

Not sure which consulate to apply to

You should apply at the consulate of the country where you will spend the most days — or, if equal, the country you enter first. A ’three countries, three days each’ itinerary does not simplify this choice, and it is precisely where most mistakes are made.

No months-long waiting list for appointments

Slots appear and open up constantly, and consulates have different workloads. Sometimes it is enough to change the country of application within the same route.

There was a refusal

A refusal doesn’t close the door forever, but resubmitting the same application makes no sense. We first identify the reason and what has changed in your situation since then.

Empty passport, no travel history

A common situation after a passport change. There is a tried-and-tested sequence of countries that builds this history — and with it, the odds look quite different.

I’m self-employed with income that is hard to document

Self-employment, freelance work, and client transfers aren’t verified the same way as a standard payslip. We put together a package the consulate reads as stable income.

Moving as a family or with children

Finances are calculated for everyone at once, compounded by consent-to-travel requirements and the interlinking of documents between applicants. A single discrepancy can sink the entire application.

What’s included

What we do

A Schengen visa is about paperwork and the consulate, not about the city where you live. That’s why the service isn’t tied to your country of residence.

  • We find the best country to apply from based on your itinerary and current consulate workloads
  • We provide a document checklist tailored to the specific consulate — requirements vary
  • We compile and verify proof of finances and purpose of travel
  • We plan your itinerary, bookings, and insurance so they are consistent with one another
  • We find a slot and hold your booking
  • We prepare you for the conversation: what questions are asked and how to answer them
  • We review prior refusals and build the submission with them in mind

How

How the preparation works

01

Assessment

We review your passport, travel history, prior refusals, employment and finances — then tell you directly what your chances are and what to correct before applying.

02

File and slot

We compile the set for the chosen consulate and simultaneously look for an appointment.

03

Application

Question review and mock interview. You walk into the visa centre knowing what you’ll be asked.

Transparent from the start

What we don’t do

  • —We don’t promise a visa and we don’t ’arrange things’ with consulates — the decision belongs to the officer, and anyone who promises otherwise is misleading you.
  • —We don’t fabricate income statements, bookings, or sponsor letters. That’s the fastest way to earn a long-term ban.
  • —We don’t quote processing times in our own name: we stand by our preparation timelines, but the rest is out of our hands.
  • —We don’t submit a package we consider a losing case — we’ll tell you what needs to change first.

What comes next

If you’re traveling beyond Europe, a US visa is a separate service with its own price. If your situation is unusual or you’ve had a prior refusal, describe it in the form — we’ll assess your chances before you pay.
