Insurance
Insurance that will genuinely accept
A policy for a visa or residence permit is not just ’any insurance.’ Consulates and immigration authorities have specific requirements around coverage amounts, deductibles, and wording — and a policy bought in five minutes on an aggregator gets turned away at submission along with the entire application package.

When to reach out
What people come to us with
People usually remember insurance last — a week before filing. Yet it is precisely the document that can get the whole package sent back.
Need a policy to apply for a residence permit
This is where requirements are strictest: a policy with no deductible, full coverage, and issued by a company accredited in the country is usually required. A Russian policy is almost never accepted.
Insurance for a visa
For Schengen — a minimum of €30,000 coverage, valid across the entire territory. The consulate reads the policy wording literally.
Renewing status, old policy is expiring
A gap in coverage during renewal is a common source of problems. The count should start from the filing date, not the card’s expiry date.
We’re a family and need reliable healthcare
The logic here is different: not ’getting through the application,’ but actually receiving care. We look at the clinic network, pediatric services, and what is covered without co-pays.
Car or home insurance
You can’t register a car without insurance, and landlords are increasingly asking for liability coverage. We’ll find you a policy that’s accepted on the spot.

How
How the search works
Task
Country, purpose of the policy — visa, residence permit, everyday life — number of people and duration.
Search
We send you options showing the differences in coverage and price, and tell you which will pass the application review and which is better for actual medical use.
Registration
We issue and deliver the policy — then remind you when it’s time to renew.
Price by country
The same service in other countries
The figure in the button above is for Spain. Below is the same service for other countries, where pricing is calculated and transparent. Next to each figure is the name of the line item from the local price list: the single word ’residence permit’ covers very different documents depending on the country, and we prefer that you see exactly what you are comparing.

Taxes and government fees are calculated differently in every country — in some places are included in the price; elsewhere they are paid separately and directly. The exact details are stated on in the country showcase, via the link next to the price.
Transparent from the start
What we don’t do
- —We won’t sell you a policy that will fail your application just to save a few dollars — the cost of that is higher than the price difference.
- —We don’t backdate documents.
- —We don’t promise the insurer will cover everything: every policy has exclusions, and we name them before you buy, not after.
What comes next
Tell us the country, the purpose of the policy, and how many people it needs to cover — we’ll find suitable options and tell you which one will be accepted at the application stage. If the insurance is part of a residence permit or visa application, it’s best to describe the full picture straight away: it’s one process, and treating the parts separately gets complicated.
Health insurance in Spain — what we do and how much it costs
Public healthcare and a private insurance policy are two different things. A residence permit application typically requires a policy with no deductible and full coverage; for daily life in the country, you need to register with a health centre.
State health insurance
- Preparing documents for access to public healthcare
- Health centre registration
- Obtaining a patient card and registering with a doctor
Finding and arranging an insurance policy
- Insurance matching for your needs — public or private
- Help with submitting an application
- Accompaniment during the application process, including for a residence permit
- Policy cost — paid directly to the insurer
Cheaper as a package than separately
These same services are included in ready-made packages built around a single life moment — and there they are cost less than purchasing each one separately.
