Terms for therapists

1. What we do

SVOY lists the psychologist’s profile on svoy.io, in the SVOY app and across the network’s channels, brings in clients, handles bookings and payments, and sends session reminders to clients.

The psychologist conducts sessions independently, using their own video connection. Psychological support is provided by the psychologist, not SVOY.

2. Pricing and commission

The therapist sets their own price for a session, a package, and a couples session. The client sees that same price; SVOY’s commission is not disclosed to the client.

SVOY commission — 20 % from each paid session. The therapist receives 80 %.

You can change your price at any time: the new price applies to new bookings only.

3. Payouts

The client pays SVOY before the session. 80 % the psychologist receives payment in USDT on the day the session takes place.

SVOY covers the network fee for USDT transfers. The therapist provides their wallet address after their profile is approved.

If a client has paid for a package, the payout is made for each completed session in that package.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Clients may reschedule or cancel free of charge if they give at least 24 hours’ notice.

If the client cancelled late or did not show up, the session is counted as completed and the therapist receives their 80 %.

If the therapist did not show up for a session, the client receives a full refund. On the second occurrence, the profile is unpublished.

The therapist also needs to give at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling.

5. SVOY clients

Clients who came through SVOY pay through SVOY only, including for follow-up sessions and packages.

If a therapist redirects a SVOY client to direct payment, the profile is unpublished.

6. Confidentiality

SVOY sees only the client’s name, session time, the request they entered when booking, and the fact of payment.

SVOY does not view, record, or request session content. The psychologist does not share it with anyone, except as required by the laws of their country.

7. Client safety

The therapist specifies in their profile what they don’t work with. SVOY won’t book those clients with them and will suggest a colleague instead.

If during a session a therapist recognises that the client is at risk, they follow their professional protocol. If a client mentions suicide or violence in a conversation with SVOY, we immediately provide the helpline number for their country.

8. Profile and verification

Before publishing, SVOY verifies the psychologist’s diploma. Profiles without a diploma are not published. Documents are not displayed on the site.

The profile is built from the form and published only with the psychologist’s consent. The psychologist can edit or remove the profile at any time by contacting us.

9. Reviews

Reviews can only be left by clients after a completed session. Reviews contain no details of the conversation. Reviews are not removed at the therapist’s request, except in cases of offensive content or disclosure of personal data.

10. Changes to terms

SVOY will notify the therapist of any changes to the terms no later than 14 days in advance. If the therapist disagrees, they may remove their profile; sessions already paid for are conducted under the previous terms.
