  • You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours in advance. After that, or if you don’t show up, the session is considered completed and no refund is issued.
  • If a session did not take place due to the therapist’s fault — we will reschedule or issue a refund.
  • The session is marked as completed automatically after 24 hours if you haven’t reported any issues.
  • If it wasn’t the right fit, let us know and we’ll help you find another therapist.
