Payment is due after the time is confirmed and before the session. Free reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. How booking works
  • Payment is due before the session. Once paid, you’ll receive a confirmation and a video call link (or an address for in-person meetings).
  • We’ll remind you one day and one hour before the session.
  • You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours in advance. After that, or if you don’t show up, the session is considered completed and no refund is issued.
  • If a session did not take place due to the therapist’s fault — we will reschedule or issue a refund.
  • The session is marked as completed automatically after 24 hours if you haven’t reported any issues.
  • If it wasn’t the right fit, let us know and we’ll help you find another therapist.
  • Your psychologist cannot see your phone number or Telegram — all communication goes through SVOY.
