Tax number and bank account
Depends on your status, not on our effort
This is the most common source of disappointment after relocating, so let us explain before the money. A tax number is issued on the basis of a migration document, and the bank requests this number. Without status, the chain cannot begin — not with us, nor anyone else.
Travelling on a residence permit or already have residency
Full package. The tax number and account are yours — we prepare the documents, book the appointments, go with you, and interpret.

We compile and translate documents in advance, so that on the day you receive your card you can go straight to the bank — not start from scratch.
You arrive as a tourist
In most countries, tourists cannot open a tax number or bank account — that’s a legal restriction, not our oversight. Exceptions exist: in Spain, the NIE and a non-resident account are available. We’ll tell you exactly what applies to your country in the first conversation, before any payment.
Everything else in the package is independent of status: airport pickup, local number, walkthrough of city, chat and seven days of support work the same way for everyone. Even if you cannot open an account right now, the first week still goes not alone.
A translator for all appointments is included in the same hours and is not billed separately.

What is included in the time-based price
Up to eight hours of accompaniment. This is enough for a meeting, a SIM card, a city orientation session, and two visits to government offices. If your case will require more — we will quote the cost of additional hours and get to work t only after your approval. No surprises on the invoice.
50% prepayment upon booking, remaining — after the airport pickup. The arrival date can’t be moved, so the day is locked in for you and for a specific person.

Housing and school are intentionally kept separate. Inside the package they would inflate the scope of work doubled and made you pay for them through a hidden markup. Separately — you see the price and the choice is yours, while the search service is free for you.
