All directions
What people resolve through us —
and what is in this you do
Here is the full list of SVOY destinations. A partner finds their niche within it. A representative city sees which specialists are needed to cover it fully. The list is shared across the whole network — local specifics are covered separately.
What the platform provides
The person comes to us first
People relocate and find themselves in a city where they don’t know a single person. They need housing, status, doctor, school for the child, car, bank account — all at once, in a foreign language, and under unfamiliar rules. We built a place where such a person comes before starts looking for a contractor.
City chats around the world
A person connects with the community on day one — and immediately asks about the neighbourhood, a doctor, a school, and paperwork. This is the most honest source of demand: people describe a problem before they even start Googling it.
Marketplace and app
svoy.io and the app on Telegram, where people find housing, professionals, and services in their own city — not in a global feed. We list your offers for free.
City guides
Each city has sections on housing, documents, banking, schools, healthcare, transport, and safety. Readers can browse and submit a request without leaving the page.
Specialized network websites
Real estate, legalisation and documents, childbirth and citizenship for children, legal protection, halal services — each area has its own website, channel, and bot.
Applications are accepted on the website
A person fills in a short form right on the page or messages us on WhatsApp. We respond within two hours, clarify the task and timeline — and only then connect you.
Your contact is hidden until consent is given
Until you say «I’ll take it», the specialist sees neither your phone number nor your name. No one cold-calls your database or poaches a client outside the agreement.

A standalone format
Not everyone needs requests one at a time. For businesses with a steady flow of clients, consistent visibility matters more — in the marketplace and in their city’s chats.
City showcase
A standalone format for those who need not a one-off lead, but consistent visibility among the community.
- business listing in the marketplace
- display in city chats
- placement on the network’s websites
- articles and curated selections
Ideal for cafés, salons, shops, and everyday service businesses — anywhere customers walk in through the door.
The list is general; rules are local
The service areas are the same across the entire network. In certain regions, additional local services, while some operate under local rules:
- in some places, only a locally licensed specialist may provide immigration advice;
- in some places, tourist services require a separate registration and guarantee;
- agent’s commission for a rental is paid by the landlord in one country, by the tenant in another, and in a third city charging the tenant is prohibited by law;
- in resort cities tourism accounts for up to a third of all inquiries; in business hubs it’s nearly zero, but everyday life, schools, and relocation are much more prominent.
What works in your city and where it makes more sense to start — we will go through it on a call after the form is submitted. We won’t put words in your mouth.
Two roles
How to use this list
The partner picks from the list what is theirs. The representative looks at the full list and compiles people in their city for it.
Partner
You provide the service yourself.
- Choose one or more areas from the list — those in which you work.
- You receive requests from people who have already confirmed their task and timeline.
- We list your properties and listings for free on the marketplace, across our network of sites, and in city chats.
- For some destinations, payment is processed through us before the booking is dispatched.
City representative
You don’t provide services yourself — you curate the directory for your city.
- You find strong specialists in the areas on this list and connect them to SVOY.
- The more categories a city covers, the more requests stay within the community rather than going elsewhere.
- It makes sense to start with what everyone needs in the first month: the first week in the country, legal status, housing, insurance.
- From here, the system handles requests, matching, and calculations. One city — one representative.
Didn’t find your destination?
This isn’t a ’no,’ it’s a ’not launched yet.’ Write and tell us what you do and which city you’re in — if we have the request, we’ll open the direction for you. All of this is in the partner form.
